These terms cover booking and taking lessons with MineLingo. By booking a trial or a lesson package, you agree to them.
Lessons
MineLingo provides private, 1-on-1 online lessons delivered inside Minecraft, plus video/voice chat. A free trial lesson is offered subject to availability, with no payment required.
Packages & Payment
Lesson packages are purchased in advance and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. A lesson is confirmed once payment is received. Payment is currently accepted via PromptPay, arranged directly with us.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule — occasional rescheduling won't cost you a lesson from your package. Repeated no-shows without any notice may be treated as a completed lesson.
Refunds
Unused lessons in a package can be refunded on request; completed lessons are non-refundable. Promotional bonus lessons are void if the paid lessons in that package are refunded.
Minecraft Account
Each student needs their own legally purchased Minecraft (Java or Bedrock) account. MineLingo is an independent tutoring service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.
Conduct
Lessons are a private, respectful space for learning. Abusive behavior toward a teacher may result in a lesson or package being terminated without refund.
Liability
MineLingo provides educational tutoring services and isn't responsible for issues arising from a student's own device, internet connection, or Minecraft account.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version is always posted on this page.
