MineLingo ("we", "us") provides private, online English and language lessons. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how it's handled.
Information We Collect
When you submit the trial-booking form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, phone or LINE ID, the student's age range, preferred days/times, how you heard about us, and anything you write about the student. If you go on to book a paid package, we also keep basic scheduling and communication records, and a note that payment was received (we don't store your banking details — PromptPay transfers happen directly in your own banking app).
How We Use It
Solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and run lessons, communicate with you about your booking, and improve how we run MineLingo. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except where needed to run a lesson (for example, video/voice tools used during class).
Children's Information
The trial-booking form is intended to be filled in by a parent or guardian on behalf of a student under 18. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children without a parent or guardian's involvement.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or provide lessons. If you'd like your information deleted, email us and we'll remove it, other than what we're required to keep for basic accounting purposes.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just email us at the address below.
